Founded in June 2018, Nanjing Semidrive Technology Ltd.(SemiDrive®) is a high-tech enterprise
focusing on high-reliability and high-performance automotive SoC. With its headquater in
Nanjing, SemiDrive has R&D centers in Shanghai and Beijing, and an office in Shenzhen.
The vision of SemiDrive is to " Define the future with SemiDrive core, and empower intelligent
transportation". The SemiDrive R&D team members have worked over 12 years in SoC industry on
average. It is one of the few teams nation-wide with full experience in product definition,
technology R&D and mass production of vehicle grade SoC.
The company has released 9 Series SoC for smart cockpits, autonomous driving, and central gateways.
Their performance has reached world-class levels, filled in a domestic gap of high-end SoC. It is
expected that mass production will commence in the second half of 2021.

Mar. X9 and G9 passed the production appraisal conducted by Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu Province.
