Automotive Microcontroller Unit (MCU) - E31 Series
The E31 series belongs to SemiDrive's high-performance entry-level MCU product lineup, which targets at application fields such as body zone controllers, zone controllers, advanced driver assistance systems, LiDAR, and main drive inverters etc.
This series of MCUs has a maximum of 2 independent ARM Cortex R5F cores, which can be configured as lock-step/unlock-step, with a maximum frequency of 400MHz; in addition, there is an independent cyber security core with a maximum frequency of up to 200MHz.
The E31 series provides 640KB-2M RAM and 4M-8M Flash, and is equipped with abundant I/O resources. This product meets the cyber security demands of Full EVITA level and supports cyber security firmware that complies with the ISO 21434 standard.
SemiDrive provides functional safety software libraries, FMEDA, and various functional safety documents to help achieve functional safety applications at the highest ASIL-B level.
